Refund Policy

At Tutorioplus, we strive to deliver the best services to our users, and user satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. However, if a user finds our services unsatisfactory or wants to request a refund by canceling a work order, the following rules apply.

By using our website and services, the user agrees to these refund rules.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND:-

All our prepaid services are non-refundable unless the solutions are not delivered on time. In case of delays, we will refund the entire amount paid through the same mode of payment. If you are dissatisfied with our 24/7 full course help, you can request a refund within the first 3 days of using the service. A refund can be requested only after canceling the 24/7 full course help service that you are using. Both cancellations and refund requests are facilitated through communication with our team members. After placing a request for a refund, our executives will respond within 3 working days. 1. Payment done but work not started yet - If a user decides not to avail of the services after making the payment and work has not started yet, the complete amount paid by the user will be refunded.

2. Payment done and work in progress - If a user wishes to request a refund by canceling the order while work is in progress, the amount refunded will be based on the extent of work completed and the resources used. If the work is already completed, no refund request can be made on the grounds of order cancellation.

3. Payment done and work has been completed -  If a user is not satisfied with the quality of service provided, they can raise the issue by contacting us. Our team will review the complaint. If our team is not satisfied with the complainant’s case, no refund will be made. If the team is satisfied with the complainant’s case, a refund will be made, and the amount will be determined based on the specific case.

 

RETURN POLICY:-

Our return policy applies to long-term services, such as 24/7 full course help. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you can return our digital services within the first 3 days of use, and we will issue a full refund.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

  Our services are prepaid, and a cancellation following the delivery of work is not possible, except for the 24/7 full course help service. For details on canceling the 24/7 full course help service, please refer to the ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND section above.
